Here is the problem... they make the game so incredible unforgiving in terms of the amount of damage that you are going to NEED to be able to tank. And then... they release uniques like this.

If these truly are to be considered "racing uniques" then why are they flooding non-race RNG drops with this crap?! Right now for my LowLife build I pretty much NEED a Shavronne's Wrappings because of the way that they pack every inch of every other map with chaos snakes. But now I have to content with all these other "racing" uniques all in the RNG. THANKS!!!
I was under the impression that the game went:
Pick an item to drop in this drop slot -> Pick the rarity of that item
This would mean that the same number of Occultist's Vestments would drop regardless of how many new uniques are added, so as long as there isn't another unique Occultist's Vestment, you should always have the same chance of finding Shavronne's.
Cmon guys, you know that claw is not meant for low lvls, the low lvl base is just so that the item itself is not too powerful, so that it stays as a support weapon. Ammy is kinda fun and the new bow is totally awesome, must love to get one of those in a race, but yeah, not a racer here, so not too interested those 2 uniques.
Storm Cloud just feels like a really bad version of Quill Rain...am I missing something here?
it has godly ligthning dmg on it u cant get that from normal item till ilvl 51 and its a longbow u can use it from lv10 to end game and it gonna be common as fck perfect for leveling item.
Sounds like a strictly racing/leveling/pvp item. How can you possibly use this up to endgame?
A lot of people want to see their builds completely fulfilled. I guess that would mean getting to around level 85. And when your build is a bit quirky you'll be needing some uniques that are specialize for your quirky build. But these uniques here are primarily useful at the stage of the game where everyone's quiriky build is in its infancy.
It's also coincidentlly the point of the game where you can basically smash buttons and take passives without any thought and still win. AKA the point of the game where these unques, aren't even NEEDED!

there is only 1 shavronnes till this changes your chance to find one or to chance one is the same tons of other uniques in the game dont interfere with that why do i even have to explain it
something what annoys me every week in this thread is the post uhh garbage uhh crap if you dont have the knowledge how to use the item or see a niche option can you plz stfu
