Not really...you can get that mana regen on any high ilvl ammy....along with other useful stats like hp.

Yeah, this is an off-hand support weapon - though again, it's probably outclassed by other items for that slot. At low-levels, you don't really need life leech.

That doesnt mean anything, you will have all the stats you need when you are high level.
