Man, why'd they change death's harp to global critical modifier and/or other weapons? There's nearly no weapons that have local modifiers, and the ones that do are low-valued. Pretty lame overall or people who like to crit with weapons
Should have a wand or bow or staff or hammer or dagger that has a high base critical Fresh cakes for all occasions.

Dont you just hate it when you are about to go to sleep because its 5.30am, but then you notice that they are applying new patch and you have to be up for another 1-2 hours to see the new uniques.

That ammy is mighty fine for cross class builds, especially as they level. Simple example is a marauder trying to use heavily linked bow skills!
Not my favorite unique, but it certainly has some verrrry useful uses. |
