No unlock code

I've resolved this issue by changing my gmx.de mail address to a mail address from Deutsche Telekom, t-online.de.

Thanks again to Gary and Brian for quick and professional support!

Casuals have eaten my Hobby
Every day this Problem is really bad :( is there hope for soon solution?
Would it be possible to make this security feature optional?

Or maybe it's possible to increase the area for possible login locations without account locking.
Nearly every time I get a new IP (all 24h), the mail says I login from another location.

I don't unterstand why the mails from support that are sent manually have no problems. What are the differences here?

Thats ridiculouse... They (GMX.at) have only telephone support and they charge about 2 € per minute! I wont call this fraud company because i am 100% sure before they pick my call i have to wait 15 minutes in some shitty ass music loop!!!!!
agh same prob form UK using mail.com i think maybe same as GMX :/

edit

wow Thanks GGG support fixed in 2 mins :D

Those mails aren't blocked completely, but they have a massive delay (at least for me).
I got a delay-variance of several minutes to 3h during the last week, usually I don't pülay at all then :(

Yesterday, RNG was mad and it took 6 hours!?
So we "just" have to be patient? *sigh*

I didn't receive the unlock code I requested 24h ago, thanks gmx. Big thumbs-up to the GGG-support however for being really quick.

The annoying thing is, as someone already said, gmx only provides phone support which costs a bunch (4€ per call I think). If this problem persists, I'll change my email provider. I hope they at least have a form like "why do u cancel your contract" to provide them with my nerd-rage since I won't call them for sure.
There is an email address for gmx service: gmxservices[at]gmxnet.de Not sure if it's still valid though and from what I've heard, results vary. I.e. chances are you'll just get a semi-automated reply asking you to call their hotline.
