There are more than enough viable counters in HLD to cyclone. To my knowledge 2h isn't something you just gear and play It's hard to remember what you have forgotten

" It is in the temp leagues, unfortunately. HLD isn't as "refined" as it is in permanent leagues, and most people are using re-purposed PvE builds rather than dedicated HLD builds. It is in this vein that disfavour cyclone is such a popular build |
