Dead characters will still be able to receive reward points in Descent events. Top Prizes: The overall top player by experience will receive 3 Reward Points. This is very much harder, and lesser is the reward, compared to 40 min descent champions.
Thus, getting 500 or 1000 points will be even harder this 11th season. Probably 100 guys only will get to 500 points. Race seasons getting harder and harder. :) Althouth i am glad (and everybody else) that signature races are shorter, that is very nice :) Proud Crusader of Hardcore Leagues.

Is that because it was harder or are people less excited with rewards? Season 10 was my first season of races; so I found it frustrating, fun, educational and humbling :)

What exactly is Descent and how is it different from Descent: Champions? And why isn't the specific race info put in each race thread? Race info is so poorly organized...

Well, kinda sucks, much longer then Descent Champions, boring, and less rewarding... :-( Plus this season schedule is not very nice for us working guys, at least in my timezone. I was able to do more then half of races in previous seasons (in theory), now there is like 2/3 of races in the time window when i'm at work.
Well, all i can do is hope for better races/schedule in season twelve. |
