How much reduced mana on gear do you need for free cyclone? So including the portion on the skill tree, but just flat value from jewelry.

With the reduced mana thing i guess we can now level Whirling Blades and Flicker Strike to 20/20 ??

wHi, which is beter between scion and shadow for the 2.0 version? I reallt dont want to lvl a shadow and I already have a lvl 79 scion and the gear is ready, I only need to craft some elreon jewels and chrome sockets.

If I have 3 elreon's jewels with a total of 19 reduced mana, I'll have 24 mana left for cyclone. Will I be able to sustain it?
Howmuch mana should my cyclone cost with elreon's jewels?

Do the reduced mana cost is calculated from the base mana usage of cyclone (24 - lvl 1) or is it calculated after adding all the multipliers from the support gems?

if it calculated from the base mana:
From what i saw in the tree we have 15% reduced mana cost and if we take Conqueror's Efficiency (3% reduced mana cost) we have 18% reduced mana cost and -16 from rings (i'm using voll's amu)
so it should be (24-16)-(24*0.18)=3.68
so if we have over 4 mana after auras it should be ok.

Here's what I use for levelingmy shadow until the release.(yeah im leveling a shadow so if jewel sockets for Scion gets nerfed I still have someting =) )


AVG discharge damage full charges: ~~ 23k
