Suprise suprise this item gives nice dmg boost I do miss rat's nest attack speed and mov speed tho. With scolds I have 72.5% crit chance with cyclone. And this is my dagger. Cant craft ias on it :(

Excluding the required stats of HP and reduced mana cost/energy shield on hit, what are the optimal affixes for the remaining prefix and suffix? Thanks

ＯＰ　Ｉ need your help! I play in other server, everything I have basically same as your Post except a few things I will explain below.

The problem is way too low DPS. Please help me point out the changes/ improvements to be.

Gear :



Tree:　（exactly the same except no intuitive leaps & dont have the level points for that anyway)


Differences:
Dual wield for 10% more attack speed (meaning no unique shield)
Uses Additional accuracy gem
Use rare glove & rare boot
Currently not using RF, because max fire resist 75%
Use aura haste & Grace
6L- cyclone COC Discharge IncreaseCritDmg AdditionalAccuracy life leech

Stats: (I forgot to take SS before I came here)
Anyway, Accuracy 91%
Critical chance without charges 69%
Mana no problem, all 6 jewels with +3 ES
Max 6 Power charge 3 Endurance charge
No problem on surviving, even bosses, life leech back too fast with Discharge, & always on fortify and self cast molten shield

Problem DPS: 31k with max charges 6PC 3EC

Oh forgot to say that my level is currently 88 Scion,
also wana ask (for me) without Grace 18% evasion, with Grace its 36% evasion, how do you get to 50%?

Do I add cold dmg or cold dmg to spells?

And whats the benefit for doing that?

Does that also mean I can remove Ice Nova from 6L?

Rather put cold dmg to ring. Dagger should only have dps stats. Also imo its good to have 2 spells on coc setup. Ice nova even has a good crit chance and benefits from inceased area nodes.
