watch one of the 2.0 atziri vods, turn the vid playspeed to the lowest possible and u can see she always is vul to fire+light ;)
EE works with cyclone, the initial hit is always the cyclone refreshing the proc at cold > vul to fire+light

Wow, I didn't even know ee is refreshed with every hit. Classic poe, after all those years I feel like I know 5% of the game mechanics... :DD

Not sure if it has been asked and answered but does warlord's mark help since we use EB or do we need that one notable to make that work in conjunction with it? Also, if I have a weapon that adds flat lightning damage is it a brick or will it still work, thinking it will still work if I run HoI. Thanks.

Question: now that mjolnir is cheeper. How does that compaire to this build? This has faster clear but mjolnir seems like you dont die very often

So i am thinking of exalting them myself, it will lower the market value a bit if the rolls are bad but you may hit a diamond. Now the question is, how much will people pay for a BiS rolled jewel for such a popular build as yours?

Im having trouble using conc effect in boss fights. Its really hard to hit constantly the boss when ur area of effect is so small.
