hi , i have a steam acount and i want a normal acount witouth steam, but my acount is 100% steam .

I played poe on eu servers, then on CIS when Garena laucnh the game. Now my Garena account is more important for me, but i cant link it with steam. Help me plz ^_^ |

Is un-linking an account from Steam a several hours long process? I sent an email three hours ago, and received one reply, but I haven't received any follow-up. If it is a long process, I can be patient, just would like to know.
