Does PVP even exist in this game ?

It shouldn't just exist, i already said its a waste of resources.

The #1 factor for pvp success is player numbers. Its a virtuous cycle because it not only lessens queue times, allows more even matches, makes balancing faster and together means more players join PvP.

This is killed because of the money bar. So no PvP happens at all.
All they had to do is add a tier of lvl 28 pvp only uniques and the jobs done.

but no MUH ECONOMIES.

There always have people like to PVP but my question is is there really that much PVP lover here?

IMO, PVP in this kind of game will never work well. The reason is that people have different gears and setup. The second problem is that there always have some powerful setup and most people will build with these setup. People who dont have these setup are very difficult to complete with those who had it. So, PVP in this game is not beginner friendly as new player are hard to get those gears.

Dont want to advertise another game here but that game is begin with "war" and end with "ame". Its mainly PVE but at one stage they are trying to implement PVP as there had a huge voice begging for PVP in their community. They tried and they failed. Reason is as above, player will have no chance to win those player who with certain gears + setup. (There still player playing PVP but mainly for friendly such as clan member or friends.)

I will like to see some figures from GGG regards of the last PVP race.
#1 Total online player count
#2 Total player played PVP race
Note: Only counting the account not the character that created.

I love PvP. I play LoL more than i play PoE. I was a huge fan of PvP in D2 battlenet online.

D2 pvp was fun. PvP here is not. Mainly because theres no even ground. In D2 almost everyone used the same tier of gear- cheap runewords.

Here we just have trash uniques and godly crafted gear. There is no middle ground for fair play.
It's funny how the thread derailed from him crying over not being able to buy certain gears which interest certain people who pvp, cheap. You are banging your head to the wall, crying , blaming GGG and everyone else , just because you can't buy your items cheap.

And what's the reason for it? It's because there are some people who enjoy pvp and want those items and are willing to pay more than you do. What a joke.

You are just portraying a selfish person who entitles himself to get his items before everyone else and wants those people play the way he wants. grow up.
If you are not pvping, it's non of your business why some people buy those items.

The problem is that people want to play 1 game with all game modes in it instead of playing different games for each specific type of play style. That leads to people getting bored faster though as doing PVP and PVE in 1 game makes the same game feel very dull after a while.
tl;dr yes

wut?

How is more optional content worse for the game? Id rather play 1 game where I have a lot of options than 2-3 linear games.

Because people expect it to be balanced and as fleshed out as any other part of the game. PVP cant be some nice side thing to do, it has to be as big as the PVE part for some reason.

So you claim other part of the game is well balanced? show me an uber kill with a 2 her build or with iron reflexes keystone on torment let alone hardcore league. What percent of the builds are capable of doing uber/normal atziri on hardcore?

I want you to give me a lecture about how atziri was totally balanced across all different sort of builds.
