It seems like you can't do some simple math. I saw today exalts going for 48 chaos on torment and those rings which stands out will sell very well for several exalts.

he turned 12 ex or so of currency into maybe 4-5 exalts

and if he was using alchs he'd be about even (not considering all the regals from vendor sets)

pretty sure you can get alchs 2.5-3:1 chaos and since you map constantly you have a more than enough rings/amulets

tl;dr OP burnt 600 chaos and has nothing to show for it besides phys duo life res rings.

That looks like fun. I like things like this, they give some rough data to form opinions off.

I would say considering the investment you got a good result. Can you say at what point your first return appeared?

Roughly what x chaos orb provided a decent ring is what i mean, would be interesting to know.
(i know RNG = RNG, still it's interesting to have an estimate of investment vs result)

I'm thinking about doing this over a period of time, I'm keeping track of the rings I sell and how much they sell for. (Sold the one that is non-verified in the OP for 1 Exalt - Tempest Loop)

I want to figure out how often on average I get a ring worth a certain value.

Each roll with a chaos is a simulation of a drop, so if you get a large enough sample size you can possible find out on average how often something worth x amount appears.

It would take a long time to compile a large enough sample size though, but even the results of 5000 could be interesting.

So you use 600chaos and get shit. Pretty good indicator of how this game works


Tldr: dont use a single orb if you want to get rich
