I like the item, but I wouldn't use it. I'd lose 3k es and dom could one shot me.
For summoners though it might work pretty well. Not BiS for me. I like doing everything myself, playing solo without multiboxing. |

" It is BiS, since it allows more stacking of the mf stats on a slot that previously could not have it. It even adds in a nice iiq modifier that is legacy on anything but unique's. Believe me, every loving mf character in a party with a tad of self-respect for it's design will be utilizing this chest. It is BiS and there is no way around that from a mf'ers perspective. All they have to do is stack mf and disregard everything else and this chest allows that. The downsides of -resis is laughable as is already proven by andvarius. - move speed is a lazy modifier since we have other ways of traveling that disregard movement speed as a factor. Now instead of tabula rasa, people will be running this chest for mf and that's that. No thought involved. Peace, -Boem- edit : that is not to say i am not happy for you conduct, but imo you missed a lot of potential for making an interesting design and made a flat-out unique BiS mf chest that doesn't involve any particular thought around it's utility. The move speed downside is too much...My MF build is already slow as hell...
