HLD Cyclone nerfed?

Eitherway, the damage of Cyclone is too high FOR LLD WHICH IS THE FOCUS OF SEASON 1.

I proved it, with actual evidence a few days into PvP season 1.

ANYWAY

Who the fuck cares about HLD? It's just a group of exalt filled circlejerkers who believe wealth plays a minimal role in PvP and that PvE changes (arguably the more important aspect of this game) that impact HLD (the arguably extreme minority) are a sin.

As for "beasting scrubs with 0 experience", I held the #1 LLD HC Rating for the majority of the season, and i was unable to participate 75% of the season along with the invitationals due to being overseas. Nevertheless, in a 1v1 i beat most of the participants in HC and for softcore i beat Lapiz who was the winner.

Nevertheless, the circlejerking from the HLD community doesn't reveal a welcoming nor inviting nature. Seems that some of said community show entitled prospects towards the balance changes when it's obvious HLD isn't the focus, nor do people actually care.

Ironically, balance isn't even the issue since why the fuck would people HLD when it's obvious that "beasting on scrubs with 0 experience" reflect the core ideology of a full set a mirrored items shitting on someone with 20ex of gear.

ANd don't you have your superduperwander left with the gear? if it's just mirrored gear, show us how it's done with that build, has more value to it than my chars

And mulla, cyclone gets stucked to frostwall and somehow draining your life way faster(due to somehow attacking faster) and with Blood magic it can do quite alot of damage, not that most people will be stucked there.

This forum is for PvP Feedback, which includes all PvP aspects. Funny that you make it sound like you're referring exclusively to HLD when "Why is it a global nerf, wasn't it OP in LLD only?"

Because it's ggg and cant be predicted. And if you read the topic I clearly wrote HLD

And I am complimented each day for being helpful and very kind to people about everything. But I will admit I get annoyed when reading posts/threads on forum which are about HLD or something like that(can be LLD/pvp in general too) without any experiece.

You can make a good build with 6l Agnerod's + kaoms(new) for cheap and its really effective due to
1) I've tested it
2) Pretty easy to see how penetration is strong

I'm not even disagreeing here... Maybe cyclone shouldn't be nerfed, maybe it should. That's GGG decision and not ours. Perhaps it is their fault if the neglect a certain portion of the community, regardless of how small. Though in their defence, they did state they put 1 person on PvP since they are working on Act 4.

If anything, I didn't think molten needed a nerf on LLD. While i sure as hell expected it, that was predominantly due to endless complaints.

I'm just saying how can you be expecting something to be adjusted when if it is ever adjusted, it would cater #1 PvE and #2, the focus of the PvP season.

Why should GGG switch over focus?

And @Havoctown (also some alt account with no credibility) I'm referring to LLD because it's the focus of the season. Everything i said is referring to LLD specifically. I don't take sides, i'm just reflecting what is the truth and often with proof. I have shown that the damage (note, only said damage) of cyclone is too great in LLD. Utility and usage, I have both not commented on. Didn't comment about HLD cyclone either, I was only referring to the MullaXul's post regarding my admittedly failed satire of the cyclone skill, where despite GGG specifying "examined the dominant builds and skills that were proving problematic for mid-tier PvP play" he believes that the changes were based off "beasting on scrubs with 0 experience or lack of effort to properly counter".

Yet, his other statements, "Like nerfing vengeance on facebreakers, one guy did anything with them and it looked legit." is obviously false because there were many facebreaker PvPers and while vengeance was an issue, it was definitely a small one compared to reckoning and the insane physical damage scaling from FB itself. In conjuction with shield charge, increased mobility along with the ability to spec into a tank while doing rediculous damage and kill others standing still was the predominant issue with Facebreakers. For all facebreakers.

Then, "traps/bow...which was actually dominating" doesn't make much sense. What bower? What trapper? trapper bow? Some were dominating, some where not and most importantly some were hard countered and some hard countered others. Nevertheless, it's still is a bad statement since LLD is X>Y>Z>X with a few occasional niche builds.

Now back to your statement, I never said i was the best, only that i could get to #1 without the use of nerfed skill (you knew this since you posted after my second post, if you had the literacy to understand that). Ironically, you didn't even know what i was doing in torment LLD nor the levels of gear on other characters. Yes there are many very well geared characters already, I know since I asked them and you are just making assumptions. Secondly, regarding "who the fuk plays torment", I do recall GGG stating that the majority of PoE is on torment. 60-70% IIRC.

So stop shitting out of your mouth and bring some cohesion into a debate before you fuck yourself over.

Never got stuck on a frostwall, must be how I cyclone I don't know. From my exp when I'm using non cyclone set ups and face someone whoring cwdt frostwall I tend to convert back to cyclone to deal with it. Odd that you've become stuck and drained your HP.

So you had this issue prior to the anti namelock patch? Because If I namelock a master and cyclone it acts like a desynched cyclone/whirlwind of Diablo2. Just spins in place repeatedly resetting itself. Was this recent or in the past? I never namelocked cyclone, it was a bad habit that people should of never acquired.
