I miss the border around items.
Ascension tied to Lab is the worst thing GGG has done...apart from GGG's philosophy on Trading. Oh and Gambling Loot boxes. And selling out to tencent.

I sure miss the old auras but they had a solid reason to rework them (visual heavy effects). An option to use whatever art you like would be awesome.
About the sockets, they were really much better than the current ones, and implementing them could even help colour-blind people understand the colours of their sockets (since every colour has a different art) Inundated with cockroaches, I am

In retrospect it would have been better to have implemented the QoL particle setting in game options and make the current charges/auras the lower setting default and make the old charges and auras available for those who want them.

I miss the old sockets, but like the new links.
I really miss the old auras. I miss being the Disco Ball of Graphics Card Doom!!!!! But i really enjoy the modern skill gems.
