No. WED increases the Weapon Elemental damage *dealt* by the Skill; Hatred is an Aura, and Auras don't deal damage. They apply Buffs (or in the case of the Slow Aura, a Debuff).
Scrolled a few times but maybe i missed it. When do maps start dropping? Is it based on difficulty or character level? Thanks.

Maps begin dropping after mob level 60. Let's take an example. Fellshrine is a level 59 map. There are three monster levels in fellshrine: white [59], blue [60], and yellow [61]. Putting this all together it tells us that whites cannot drop maps, while blues and yellows can because their monster level is greater or equal to 60.
The chance to Vaal +1% maximum resists on an amulet is less than 1/300.
Does more maps drop if you play in a full party?
Or is it the same rate when you solo/duo?

appologies if this has been asked before, question about less/more increased/reduced:

do 2 sources of more damage multiply or add? In general and also specifically with incinerate.

example

30% more spell damage (righteous fire)

incinerate 80% more damage per stage

15% more damage (le heup of all)

would it be

damage * (increased - reduced) * (more) * (more) * (more) / (less)

or

damage * (increased - reduced) * (more + more + more - less)

for stage 4 incinerate is it

80% + 80% + 80% more

or

80% * 80% * 80% more

Perfect. Thanks.

@Demivon: 'More' is always a multiplicative modifier. This means each multiplier is always separately added.

Note: Le Heup is Increased Damage, not More Damage (would be really freaking broken otherwise :P ).
hey guys, I'm sure this has already been answered somewhere but i just cant find it.

My Question is:

For which range is the tooltip dps of Freezing pulse? Is it for like melee? Or like in the middle of the range? Does Projectile Speed effect this "tooltip dps spot"?
Freezing Pulse lists origin damage, ie. on top of your character. Monsters in Melee range will take roughly that amount of damage (the damage dropoff will be neglible).

Since it's the origin damage, no, Proj Speed won't change it :)
