[2.0 Warbands League] Spectre's Ice Shot Critical Failu-I mean...

Unfortunately OP hasn't responded regarding the CoC issue in about 3 weeks, so I did some digging around on my own. EK does indeed not cast, ever, since Cast on Critical needs a linked attack to it. If you were to swap out for instance Added cold damage and putting in another attack, like ice shot, and use that to attack you would suddenly notice Ethereal Knives flying out from that attack, something you have never seen before. So yeah, pretty fail in that regard.

Other than that, really enjoyable build :) Now I just need to figure out what to do with my newly opened 5-link :)

I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but the path between "Master Fletcher" and "king of the hill" is not utilized. Instead you spend more points on Dex nodes up and to the right of "king of the hill" instead to achieve the same result at the cost of a point with very little return.
