[28] [Event Suggestion] Fixed Seed PvP

the gap between average gear (Rares and uniques available to the average character) and the top-level god-tier gear is enormous. Larger than in lategame PvE, in fact. Legacy items for example, create an environment where you feel as if you CANNOT win, no matter how well you play.

As suggested in The State of Exile, a fixed seed pvp mode could offer an alternative. In this mode, players would be given a choice of say 25 gems from a pool of all the possible lvl 28 gems. They would also get a choice from a pool of lvl 28 gear that their character might use. (templars would get armor armor/es, and es uniques and rares)

This would give players a mode where their craftiness in builds and skill in fighting players would be the only things that would determine their performance.

This would not replace the current, gear-dependent metagame. I love dual cursing and freezing some noob with my empowered cold snap or freezing pulse just as much as the next guy.
