How do you get your dex so high?

" It was necessity for a shield. It has so high dex requirement, that it was for sale at dirt cheap price 10c. It's affixes are really good for archmage builds but almost no one can equip it. I still in yellow maps so i can afford to have 2 items with dexterity (gloves 40 dex and boots 37 dex). It helped that I've got those gloves from Ultimatum. Boots I've bought. But I plan to get rid of all of those when I'll be transitioning to influenced gear. There are no point for us to have Dex so high, though I'll maybe try to fit Vaal Haste and Ice golem (as 5th with Anima stone) while i have it Last edited by HennekY#0532 on Apr 25, 2021, 5:42:53 AM

" I'm no expert, but I don't see any mana regen anywhere on your gear. I have regen on just about every piece, as much as I could get, and it still also took some jewels and enchants to get my sustain issues fixed. |

Hello, im a totally new player and this guide is really helping me out, finally being able to play this game. lol
I am starting to run in to a few problems tho. In the guide during act 3 im supposed to put in "Increased Duration Support" But it required 52 str. and im nowhere near that. What can i do to fix this? And a second issue.. Im slowly starting to have problems finding gear with the right sockets - so i can't put in the right gems. is there a certain way to get specific socketed gear? Thanks a bunch in advance. |

" You could take a str. node in your passive tree for +30 str. But don't worry too much about correct gems and links. PoE is also a lot about crafting. So you can use your crafting bench to craft str as well if your gear has open affixes. But there are also jeweller's orbs, orb of fusing and chromatic orbs. So if you find good gear, you can use those to correct the (in same order:) sockets, links and colours of sockets. |

" You have a few solutions : - Ignore the gem until you have more strength (you will pick some str nodes later on in the tree) - get/craft some str on some of your gear - Temporarily grab a +30 str notable node on the tree (you have one right next to the +30 dex one that you are supposed to take). You will then be able to remove it once you have enough strength " Most of your gems are gonna be blue ones, so try to get gear that is energy shield based only. Those will give blue sockets most of the time. You can also use Chromatic orb to change the colours of the sockets on your item. Alternatively, if you have trouble getting something like 2 red + 2 blue on an item, you can try to go for pieces that have both energy shield and armour. Those will give red and blue sockets most of the time (you can then use chromatic orbs until you get the good combination). I wouldn't invest too much in orbs early on though. A cheap option is just to pick white items with the good socket/link combination and then make them rare with and low level essence for example. Even if the stats aren't optimal, it's not a big deal early. Later on, once you've delved a bit, you will get crafting options in your hideout to specifically get some socket colours, helping you get those couple red/green sockets in your intel base gear :) |

Hey guys! Currently been enjoying this build a lot. As Ive moved towards red maps, conqs and sirus Ive been struggeling a lot with damage on bosses. I can easily spend 2 minutes killing a conq at A4. Im also noticing in ultimatum encounters that I either a) struggle with dps or b) get oneshotted because theres too much mobs building up. Do you guys have any suggestions for me? (I hope my character is visible to you guys)

" Obvious thing: 6-link your cloak. Get catalysts on your foible. And passive trees aren't loading for me atm (They're stuck at 99%), so I can't check your jewels, but since you're near lvl 90, maybe look to invest in cluster jewels. " At this point in the game you probably want a better wand (more spell damage) and a 6 link. Also you get mind over matter from your body armor, no need to use a skill point on it as well. Also try to get some nexus gloves - really helps with mana management during bossfights. |
