Looking at your character I would advise looking through the jewels section of the guide and adding them into your build. Look for the amulet that is recommended as well. Boosting your mana is the name of the game here. Grab the Agnostic and Mind over matter on your tree for sure.

Look for wands with high +# to mana.

Complete your last trial of ascendancy and put the points into Bastion of elements.

If your resists can handle it buy a Crown of the inward eye. I dont know your budget but you can get an unenchanted one pretty cheap.

You don't look to be in an SSF league so make the official poe trade site your friend.

Probably you wont read this (it is understandable) but I just wanted to say THANK YOU.

I've always wanted to get into this game but never could, because it was so overwhelming for me that I never got past lvl 20+, also because at that point I most likely fucked up my build already and did not want to create another character. This is my 3rd attempt into the game and finally I am understanding the essentials. Your detailed leveling guide is SO AWESOME and I just wanted to let you know that I am READING everything you spent your time on writing, so thank you very much for all the detail! Also, this is the first time I am playing a caster on a ARPG because I always thought they were not fun anough (I've always played melee characters in MMOs and RPGs) but man I was so wrong.

I cant wait to read any other guide you might have for a melee character so I can try my second run with a melee character.

Once again thank you! Because of you I am finally getting into this game and will be able to enjoy PoE 2 when it releases.

Can you use other spells with this build and just adjust the damage type? I was thinking about freese pulse selfcast.

Honest answer is a I don't know, but probably not.
You might be able to adapt it, but a lot of the support we have now works with lightning damage (Archmage, arcane cloak, sigil of power). Especially archmage and arcane cloak are kinda what the build revolves around.

I noticed a lack of non-unique amulet recommendations. Would a blue pearl amulet be appropriate?

Blue Pearl is probably one of the best to look for for this build. I think the lack of rare recommendations for that slot is due to the foible is just so strong for this build.

Yeah I thought so. I kinda need something to replace Ungil's Harmony that isn't the Foible.

How are y’all going about meeting the dex requirements? I was super lucky enough to ancient orb a headhunter early on which was getting me there, but looking to swap it out so I can adjust some other gear, but finding getting dex difficult.
