" I followed the guide, like anything I do. Can you elaborate more on what are the effective clusters and how I should pick them because I tried to be the closest to the setup in the PoB Enky build, Last edited by ArionAthreides#0856 on Nov 20, 2020, 2:25:22 AM

" Sure, feel free to choose the non-cluster one and your preferred setup, as I mentioned it is complex to learn. And not all information is mentioned in the guide. Last edited by billybob630#2960 on Nov 20, 2020, 1:58:28 PM

" And where I should look then? Ok, Heist is going to end in a couple of weeks so it's too late for most stuff, but I would like to be ready next time, without wasting 6 Exalted. |

" Archmage and Arcane Cloak make the build scale much more heavily with mana pool than with gem level, unlike other spell builds. The benefit from + to gem levels in this build ends up being pretty negligible (except getting Arc to level 21 because of the extra chain). Maybe you already answered your own question, but the shield you have on right now, Armageddon Watch, is amazing. Last edited by WorderMostFoul#7154 on Nov 20, 2020, 3:35:41 AM

" Heist is not ending in a couple of weeks...it's going to go until sometime in early January. |
|
" Like I wrote in another thread there is no proof of that. Unless GGG makes a formal announcement I'm going to assume that Heist ends in December and then we have either a one-month-long event or just enough time in Standard to maybe do some stuff I never manage to do in leagues like Vaal Temple maps or Pale Court. |

Some random thoughts:
------ With a bit of min-maxing in PoB I think it's not unreasonable to push Sirus dps to 10m without Vaal RF and Sigil of Power. I still preserve Clarity due to the Watcher's eye mod, so no Supreme Ego here, otherwise it would be even higher. I noticed that there were several Warlord gloves with incursion mod on sale, all of which have the following: *(P) +1 Maximum Frenzy Charges *(S) +(46–48)% to Cold Resistance; (30-50)% increased Damage with Hits against Chilled Enemies which just yells cold snap. I'm not sure why people are making them; possibly good for some cold builds? Redeemer's mod pool for belt slot also includes *(P) (36-40)% increased Damage with Hits against Chilled Enemies So in total, with cold snap running you'll be getting 4 Frenzy charges and up to 90% increased damage. That's just enough to push a high-end version of this build to around 10m dps. Sadly, said gloves sell at around 20-40ex, which is not unaffordable but also not very friendly. Furthermore, this rules out the use of Asenath's, so we have to get explosion on chest(with Crusader mod + Shaper 10% MoM) or wand(synthesized base, super expensive) if we want to do that. ------ That being said, I think it might not be a good idea to just aim for super high dps in PoB. We all know that we can increase dps a lot just by pushing cast speed. But since we also use our mana to defend ourselves(life regen, tanking hits), casting faster means we're more often running at lower mana, where MoM isn't quite effective. Maybe we should think in terms of Damage per Mana, possibly also taking into account mana regen. ------ I'm very excited to see an Occultist version is being tested. I know it's subject to change, but having ES opens up many interesting ideas and gears. Power charge scaling is also interesting. And we've just started to explore the potential of curses, so why not! Last edited by Gimdornim#1712 on Nov 20, 2020, 5:02:27 AM

Hey guys, can someone help me with the playstyle of this build? I played this quite a few leagues ago when it was still an elementalist build, and I decided to do my first SSF run with this build, but I'm a little confused on how to use desecrate + bone offering.
Am I supposed to only use it for bosses? and Immediately use bone offering afterwards? Or can I just spam bone offering during mapping while running through corpses? Thanks in advance. |

" The base idea is that bone offering+desecrate should be up as much as always, this is why the best way to use it is putting it in a weapon with the Trigger a Socketed Spell when you use a Skill modifier. Last edited by ArionAthreides#0856 on Nov 20, 2020, 10:05:21 AM

" So, since this post i have been curious about how that plays out. In Standard i do have an old "Arc Witch" and a "Storm Brand Templar". I was thinking about switching those Skills/Chars. Could anyone point out how this "increased effect of offerings" helps us especially in combination with an explode chest, like Krutex uses. Would this be contra productive? |
