does quality matter less i guess than levels on arc skill for this build? so a lvl 21 arc is more important than a lvl 20 q 23 like the one i have?

btw, I am liking the build, and i still have alot of ways for improving my gear.

but i need ex for the helm and crafting mats for the super endgame stuff. Ineed to get my MOA ring, and i also am still hunting last uber lab portal so there is that buff as well. here is my setup so far:

Quick check, could anyone tell me if this is worth using over Agnerod? I checked in PoB but im no expert in navigating through it but I think it was a dps increase? wanted your opinions.

ps. dont have the unveil for trigger a socketed spell yet, hence why its not on the item yet, please ignore that for now.

Your characters are currently hidden, if you unhide them we'll be better able to help you.

Early on if you have mana issues you can run clarity for the extra regen and if really desperate you can grab the starting node that gives you ES and Mana regen. Once you don't need it you can respec the point and use it where it is more needed.

You'll probably have issues if you're running with a Tabula early on with 5 support gems for Arc. If you run three support gems though you should be OK.

I'm still running my early levelling set up with Skitterbots supported by Infernal Legion, Flesh and Stone and Herald of Thunder. I still have 190 mana available which is enough for everything. At very early levels I didn't run Herald of Thunder.
Can i ask why the tree changes so much after Act 10 (im pretty new so im unsure) the build from act 1-10 is amazing and some nodes that get removed after act 10 seems like a huge dps loss.

Because the increase in gear stats makes for better damage and you can not have Elemental Overload at that point.
Read through the gear section of the guide and it will make a lot more sense.
My character still has the Queen's Hunger. It is still a semi-highend viable Chest piece? Since im at the mid-high range for cost of my current character. Not sure how to share my character onto the forums. My characters are all public. Would you mind taking a look at it and giving me an idea on what to improve and or remove for my current build?

Thank you in advance

Depends on your gear, but i "crafted" your staff in my PoB and the dps was higher (~12%) than Agnerod. Actually, i dont know if PoB consider lightning penetration (from Agnerod) in the calculations

My build with Agnerod and your crafted staff: https://pastebin.com/bwnACyp6

Thanks for your reply! I think PoB does calculate penetration into calculation(at least after ticking "Is enemy a Boss?" at least, i tried that and it was still an increase).
I think I'll switch to this staff now, it only cost me 3c for base + some essences anyway, and I'll try to upgrade into a better one after I'm done fixing other stuff. Thanks for help again
