Sorry to disappoint you, but to do Shaper and Uber-elder you need at least some end game gear.

Yeah I've done my share of ubers, I know that.
But quality, lvl 20s and a few more damage stats on gear aren't gonna multiply the DPS by 10, which I'd say is needed for endgame bosses

I dont know about you fam but I already have 450k shaper dps with just a tabula, an Agnerod and lvl 19 Q-0 skill gems. I also dont have assassin's mark on hit yet and an arc enchant so pretty sure damage still has room to grow.

With that said, it's pretty unfeasible to have both an arc enchant as well as devouring diadem. Diadem does save 4 skill points + wrath, however I also don't know where to put extra skill points anymore. I've tried cluster jewels and they kinda sucked tbh (had thunderstruck + overshock, thunderstruck knocks back bosses away from orb of storms which is pretty shitty).

So the question is, do I prioritize arc enchant or Diadem?

1. I see on main link it has Increased crit & Controlled destruction gem. CD totally ignore the crit, so how Increased crit gem proc? I read the explanation in the Gem setup but not quite understand :(
2. I see that Cast when dmg taken is not support Steelskin when they are linked together? Do i need to do extra things for this setup to work?

wave of conviction isn't that useful early, but do get it by maps, it's very important in bringing down tanky bosses, just leave it at lvl 1.

1. Controlled destruction decreases by 100%, which is additive with all our crit nodes. So it just nullifies some nodes in the tree in exchange for massive damage. Do get it, it's around 30% increase in damage.

2. it means your cwdt gem level is too low to support your current steelskin gem lvl. Adjust as needed, some people want low lvls some want high levels. Check the tooltip on the CWDT gem to see max level supported.

And here I thought, finally, someone who read a guide. Arc chant sure is sound good, but diadem give us ability to squeeze in second offensive aura(wrath) and plus level to socketed gems to top it of, so not only it saves us 3 points, but give us virtually a MORE multiplier and some sweet flat damage.

I have trouble finding a staff with 6 sockets. I just finished act 10, so should i keep using two 3 sockets wand? Or it's mandatory to have a 6 slots staff?

You can run 4/5 socket staff, and I will prefer to do that, to free up your sockets for other gems, its super easy to roll 4 sockets with jewellers orb, also easy to 4 link it, or if you have alot jewellers, just spam it and you will hit those 6, then linking it to at least 4 is super easy.
Wands are fine untill maps, but then you need your all gems set up

Quick question. Why is it better to use "Elemancer" as Ascendency instead of "Mastermind of Discord"? The extra Lightning Penetration + reduced Mana reserved sounds like a pretty awesome dps increase.

80% dmg per 4 golems, Ailment avoidance and more buff effects - its too huge to drop imo.
With Mastermind you have to use Herald, which mean you will have to drop one of the auras recommended in the build, so another downside and I do think herlad will provide you that much to drop all of that.

Whole point of playing witch for Arc is Elemenacer I think, and golems buffs, otherwise you will choose some templar Ascend probably.

To add to this: what I did was bought a cheap Agnerod's west, 4 linked it, then bought a tabula. I'm in T9 maps and so far its dps is fine.

Very good build thank you. But i dont think its gonna be viable in this league.

Golems always dying in the middle of the Delirium event even on t1 maps, and you lost tons of dps right in the fight where clear speed is n1 priority.
