It's a great guide and I like the build so far. I've done T9 Maps without any issues but bossing is a pain sometimes.

I do have a few questions

Why have level 4 arcs and what's the benefit end goal with it?

Why are many gems corrupted? Should I also use a Vaal Orb and corrupt them or is there another approach?

Wouldn't this unique be good for the build as well because of the ES? And should I use it instead of my rare one until loreweaver?



Is this a good staff until I can get my hands on one of the uniques in medium budget?




Even though I'm pleased with the build it seems that I don't really do the DMG output wanted. My ARC skill says I have 50k DMG fully buffed when attacking whilst my friend does 300k dmg with equivalent items but another class. What should I do to up the damage? This is my setup right now

Staffs seem to be pretty rare for me, just hit act 6 and havent found a good base for modding. At this point should I just buy one? I don't really have enough chaos for Xirgil's Crank and I'm not really sure where to go for a good staff at this point.

Is there a reason why you prefer "Divine Judgement" over "One with the River" node? I'm talking about oilments and I think "One with the River" gives more overall damage.

Nope. That node is exclusively for weapon damage, not spell damage.

Hold out and wait for endgame. It's cheapest to buy a 6L staff and alt+spam it for decent mods while you save up currency for one of Enki's recommended uniques.

Because the build needs defense more than offense, and they're not mutually exclusive by any means. A jewel without any defensive buff would need to be extraordinary in its offensive buffs to warrant inclusion. You always want life on jewels.
