2.0 Mathil's Life Crit Ele Kinetic Blaster - Cheap, easy, effective

Too bad that I can't handle most high maps bosses like Merveil or even Kraytin in Gorge. I don't have place for cwdt+enduring cry+immortal call so I am using
- Frost Wall to get some distance but this is not enough sometimes. I reached 4k life pool, 25% chance to evade and I can clear all trash in seconds but I feel bad with my fragility when it comes to face hard mobs/bosses.

Can anyone share his experience of high maps 75+? How do you guys act VS those lethal monsters/bosses?

what do you think about concentrated effect with kinetict blast? It doesn't affect DPS tooltip, but the AOE is much smaller so it means it should work right?

Have a question about when u go vaal pact instead of ondar's guile. Since you get more life on that side aswell wouldn't it be better to change ur armor to a 5 link with high evasion/life/dual or trires?

i myself don't go concentrated effect since KB's true power lies in its 4xAOE, the smaller the worst, and i think if you shoot KB against the walls and find gap between mobs then you don't even need Pierce nodes

i go Vaal Pact from map 70s, haven't tried Ondar but it took too many points to go there and not that worth it imo. Meanwhile, on the way to Vaal Pact you get 30% total eva, 50 eva, 24% eva from armor to boost your eva up, and Vaal Pact keep your HP always up to deal with reflect. I use 5l PCoC-WeD-LL-KB-GMP + Vaal Pact = no fear of reflectiom

Is Tabula Rasa good to start with here?

Why is wand necessary? Will this not be good with a dagger?

Kinetic Blast fires a projectile from a Wand that causes a series of small explosions surrounding its point of impact, each damaging enemies caught in the area.

I can't deal with mana at level level range of 60. Any suggestions for me ? I used blood magic with 6linked tabula rasa setup and each attack costed me like 120 life.
