im going to get like 6 jewels ( 1 from the spell dmg nodes at the begging and 1 from those +18res, 1 near vaal pact, 1 near the ranger, 2 on those 2 long +10int path )
easy to get at least +60%phys dmg and +20%attack speed 30% crit multiplier and so on

- Potential base damage increase of spectral throw?? (Haven't been able to see what gem lvls does to ST yet -_-)
- Scion easy access to jewel slots
- Jewel: Adds (3-5)-(8-12) Physical Damage per Buff on You Limited to 1... WTF, this one is crazy.
- Chris mentioned making vaal pact better again ( which means we can ditch acuity in BM version and get more crit/crit multi from maligaros.
- Potential access to the 15% more ES node after CI (costs alot of points though,maybe not worth it).
- Jewel: (20-30)% increased Mana Regeneration Rate. (40-60)% increased Spell Damage while no Mana is Reserved. Limited to 1.. If no mana due to BM = no mana reserved than WTF again.
- Jewel: 3 Life gained for each Status Ailment on Enemies hit by your Attacks. 3 Life gained for each Status Ailment on Enemies hit by your Spells. Limited to 1. This one has potential
- Jewel: +4 Intelligence for each Unallocated Passive in Radius. This one also has potential to be like a 100int = 20% es node o.o
- Ice golem (Chris mentioned these are restricted to 1 btw, cant have more)
- GMP from 50% less damage to 25% less damage at lvl 21. This is a huge buff.
- I heard rumours that frenzy charges now give MORE damage per frenzy charge, nice.
- New quality bonus on PCOC: Cursed enemies have 1% increased Critical Strike Chance. I suppose this gives 20% increased crit chance not base 20% crit, still a nice buff with curse on hit maligaros.
- Rumours of more passive points.
- Fortify linked to whirling blades
Nerfs:
- Buff effect nodes removed
- Slight discipline nerf at lvl 20
- Most likely dagger base crit nerf.
- Possible that they have finally fixed the BM linked to bloodrage bug.
My first reaction is nice, subject to change off course.
