[1.3] Lib's Scion BM IG LL ST (7.0) 82.6k GMP / 116.8k LMP~ 129.2k GMP / 182.7k Buff

im going to get like 6 jewels ( 1 from the spell dmg nodes at the begging and 1 from those +18res, 1 near vaal pact, 1 near the ranger, 2 on those 2 long +10int path )

easy to get at least +60%phys dmg and +20%attack speed 30% crit multiplier and so on

- Ice golem (Chris mentioned these are restricted to 1 btw, cant have more)
- GMP from 50% less damage to 25% less damage at lvl 21. This is a huge buff.
- I heard rumours that frenzy charges now give MORE damage per frenzy charge, nice.
- New quality bonus on PCOC: Cursed enemies have 1% increased Critical Strike Chance. I suppose this gives 20% increased crit chance not base 20% crit, still a nice buff with curse on hit maligaros.
- Rumours of more passive points.
- Fortify linked to whirling blades

Nerfs:

- Buff effect nodes removed
- Slight discipline nerf at lvl 20
- Most likely dagger base crit nerf.
- Possible that they have finally fixed the BM linked to bloodrage bug.


My first reaction is nice, subject to change off course.

Well this was a bug in the first place so im fine with their fix for this

So.. I've been playing the beta for abit now~

I bare some bad news~

HoI Now Reserves 30% Mana instead of 25% x3 = 15% with 3 Heralds.

I didn't notice the change until recently, so I couldn't see if it's All the heralds or not~ but it's highly likely~

I need to ask this since few things are bothering me with while trying to level up with this build.

What are the bandits. Do you just OPT to kill them all or take buffs from them?

Also For leveling should I opt-out of taking the blood magic until higher levels or just asap?

Since you do still have mana-regen nodes here and there. I take it that they convert to Liferegen somehow?

I dunno.

I'm a noblet.
