all about nerfing. Just delete my ranger puncture trap build, "everything on it" nerfed. Everything.

You know what you love about the game, and are just to obtuse to realize? The challenge, the fact that no, you are not as good as most of the people that play it. The fact that you aspire to be the people that are better then you. You want to be the "elite gamer." Guess what, you aren't. By that attitude alone. That's fine. Just remember something....When games get to friendly with people like you crying and getting their way to make everything easy...and the elite players leave, you just go on to the next game and cry there. Rinse and repeat the process, get on the forums, wondering why you aren't them, and always come up short...Why they can't hand you everything, while the player you "want to be," is out grinding it, becoming better, learning, and adapting.

Hope this helps you inside and you learn something from it at least...if not, I'll try to throw you a few gems before you quit this league.

Wow, who shit in your orange juice? All I asked was why it needed to be impossible to get to 100. Sorry, nothing you have said or ever said is anything I would ever listen or try to learn from, lest I be stupider as a result.

The fact of the matter, as I see it, is that people like you who need their ePeen stroked every 10 minutes or they start raging (which you've done a terrific job of showing) will be upset if anyone has what you have. That's all there is to it. Getting to 100 right now is not a "challenge" because the people that are already doing it are one-shotting everything. It's just a long-ass grind through the same 4 maps. Woohoo. So much challenge!

I don't need you telling me what I like or don't like about the game, thanks though. I know what I like about it. I think you've done a terrific job of showing how much of a fragile flower your epeen is. I'm sorry to hear that.

Anyone else notice that Facebreakers can be used with shield charge now? Going to have to pick up a pair.

I am really pleased with the patch notes (not jocking! sure, many people will hate me for that)

Hopefully we will se some kind of shift in the current meta due to the changes made.



Little commentary:

"Base block chance from shields has been reduced" - i would like to know how much it has been reduced, 10%-15% mabye?

The "nerf" to The Anvil wasn't really necessary imho, Anvil has big downsides build in, it is a very well designed unique i feel, which is a lot of fun but not over the top - i really like it. Reducing the block chance on it is just crucial.

The nerf to "Critical Strike Damage" gem is a little bit over the top imho - GGG thinks crit multi is the problem. I don't think crit multi is the problem, all the forms of mitigation and previous nerfs to reflect damage are the problem. When reflect damage was higher and players don't have that many options to counter it, crit multi was in a good state - reflect and less damage mitigation to it kept crit multi in check. Instead of nerfing crit multi further and further every patch, i would just tune up reflect damage again and lower all forms of mitigation against it.

Nerf to puncture doesn't seem that hard - it can be compensated by investing in it on the passive tree and on items.



Last but not least - crafting nerfs:
For upcomming PVP those nerfs are huge. Players who already have craftet their PVP weapons with Elreon mod, will have a huge atvantage with their "legacy items" over someone who is trying to aquire low level PVP gear after the patch. There will be a lot of "QQ'ing" about this i feel, and also may keep some people away from PVP.
This is a very demoralising chance for upcoming lvl 28 PVP scene.

I do understand the nerf, because it was very strong in PVE, but i am not happy with it at all. Maybe lowering the tier of the mod would be better instead of removing it completly.
Love this patch, thanks GGG, finally they started to balance their game.

Combine that with the two duelist start nodes being general attack damage, might be a very interesting idea.

Main reason i commented on your post was your first sentence and your first major game issue. Desync is gunna be here and is in every ARPG for a long time until some genius figures out the ultimate code.

Also the complaining about witch nerf is my favourite. they don't even know what they did or they just don't understand that the fact that 1 point for 40% mana regen and 14+ energy shield is stupid af, they gave people more mana regen if you actually invest in the tree.
