 +1. I have plenty of low level uniques that are so much trash for playing endgame maps. I don't have the twitch reflexes and fast reaction times needed to be successful in PvP so this is pretty much another yawner for me but I can see where making the best level 28 gear for PvP will be a big deal to those that can and do compete.

 I can envision it now even before PvP starts. So many QQ posts due to desync PvP deaths. Sigh...

That unique rustic sash could be used in the vendor recipe to put a higher phys damage mod on a weapon. A rare sash gives you the 'Wicked' mod for 70-89% increased physical damage, maybe the unique one gives 'Vicious' for 90-109% bonus.

Sure, a 12% increased damage might be popular (for both PvP and PvE)... But when you already have 200/250/300 % increased damage, then 12% increased is only 6%/4.8%/4% more actual damage - hardly op or broken.

Also, what if these rings were iLvL 28? That would be an interesting twist.
Can someone explain what's the deal with the "Cannot roll mods with required level above 28" mod?

Why you wouldn't want such a mod? And most importantly, is it possible to have a crafted mod for level above 28, even though the required level of the weapon is 26? And if you do that what is the problem? Does it increases the required level of the weapon?

It seems a number of people feel that the elemental damages should be on a belt whose implicit is elemental damage - a new belt base type.

But I'm not concerned. Many attacks scale elemental from physical (e.g. Hatred, Added Fire) - Physical added as elemental, or physical converted to elemental are quite common.

any news on if we are getting a bandit respec yet with the tree respec? Or are you guys going to pay me back the 160 regrets your patch is going to cost me? Or are you expecting me to get my 160 regrets from the same RMT place you expect me to use to pay 8 chaos per map for running zana map mods and the other RMT trap costs built into your game?

how about some more endgame maps beside the boring 4 77,78 maps ?
when will you start dropping all maps in all level ranges ?
