If all uniques in new expansion will be under 28 i will be pissed off. Still wanna play tortment. Who cares about pvp ? 28 lvl with all quest etc 28points + 20 from quests ? 48 point builds incomming...
Or this will be 120 points lvl 28 blank character 0,o?
