Pvp on new leagues?

I know pvp will be coming to the new leagues in season 2, but I'm wondering if we will be able to still do the free level 28 pvp character thing on the new leagues? I'm excited a lot for the new pvp but I really don't want to bother playing standard for it. Just curious if this feature will be on the new leagues, and also if pvp season 2 will be lld focused as well.

Yes. They are tagged as pvp only and therefore cannot be used for anything else. So there is no harm in having them in every league, including a new challenge league.
