Otherwise the best you could do with that is pay a desperate thug if you find one, you'll probably get arrested easy for it though. Either way you'll never hire a pro with that kind of cheap money, try 15x that minimum if you want a clean job with no questions asked and profession ethics (complete loyalty and protection of the customer identity if things go wrong as long as customer does the same), and ofc this doesn't cover the extras such as connections you'll need to find the hitman. My bad. Must come from the fact that I only have to pay $1200 a year for my property taxes. So the most I would spend on a crackhead is around $300.
