You could follow the wand physical node and call it Elder Blast/Explosion/etc.

Name the skill Flak Splash or maybe something like Precision Blast since the damage explosion don't overlap. Or maybe something like ...uh.. Battery Burst or Torrent Fusillade? I've got so many names for the skill in mind. The skill does not have any special or unique effects. The explosions look like mini shockwaves.
