Distributed Blasts would be my suggestion.

But Distributed x where x stands in for many of the other suggestions in this thread could also work well.

I suggest distributed because the explosions are spread out, and because of the root of the word distributed. Tribute implies payment to some sort of central authority. Tribute is also sometimes given as a sign of respect. Distribute negates tribute, so distribute can imply a skill which both disrespects its victims, and implies cost spread out over the victims. The skill disrespects your foes by using a low physical damage weapon like a wand to do AOE damage: "You monsters are so pathetic I can use this low damage weapon on all of you at once and still win".

Distributed also has a kind of sciency/mathematical/statistical vibe to it, which I think is really cool since wands scale off intelligence. There is a distribution of blasts/shocks going on there. Support gems attached to this skill will modify the distribution.

Perhaps it would be possible to use a different version of Distributed which implies present activity and more strongly reflects the disrespecting element involved in the skill more clearly as well, something like Distributive instead of Distributed. Or you could swap it round and put the explosions first and have Distribution second, so, perhaps Explosive Distribution. Or perhaps Distributing Explosions
