Mac and Steam

Hey guys, i just bought a macbook pro and I have a poe steam account. The problem is I can't download poe through steam (no mac support), but I have already installed the game following this thread: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/48708

You don't. Email support at the address in the Contact Support link at the top of the page and have them attach an email to your Steam PoE account.

Tips on using your Steam account to play Path of Exile on Mac (Yosemite)
Download PlayOnMac Install Steam in a PlayOnMac wrapper Run it and Log in to Steam Install Path Of Exile To fix Sound Error 40963 do this: Open PlayOnMac Click Configure on your Steam wrapper Click on Wine, Configure Wine Click on "Libraries" "New override for library" Add "openal32" Click OK and your done In Game, to fix stuttering: Turn off Post Processing. And that's how I play Path of Exile on Mac in Steam Good luck and have fun! |

Tried this but I still get the black stutter flickering the game screen on and off on the game screen. Anyone else have another solution for Mac?

Got rid of the black stutter by disabling engine multithreading.
