The way I understand it is it shouldn't matter where in the world you are, aslong as you use the Karma Koin code to buy one of the PoE packs.
That is IF you are able to make a purchase using the site PCGameSupply.com. It doesn't work for me, and I live in Europe aswell.

oh so you need to buy a master pack with karma koins, its not enough to buy like 10 dollar worth of kk and spend it on microtransactions or whatever? then it s out of my budget anyway, thx for the answer though.

No the 50 points pack for 5$ is also considered a pack.
But since the smallest amount of Karma Koins you can buy is for 10$ you might aswell buy the 100 PoE pts pack.

Buying a microtransaction is not what grants you the extra portal skin.
The action of just buying the PoE points is.

Thanks for such great promotional items! I really like the idea of free give aways to support new features. Would like to see more in the near Future.

BTW: Karma Cards work for Europe Users 8-) Just use your Mobilephone number while registering to receive a Activation SMS.

Can't get it to work. I do get the text message, but it fails after that.

I just did this and you have to go to the site http://www.pcgamesupply.com/ and login and click my account then there is a link to the key you use when ordering microtransactions.

Since http://www.pcgamesupply.com doesn't seem to be able to work with my Mastercard ( EU ). I'm trying to find another site to order from, however other sites charge an extra fee for some greedy reason, and I am not paying 18 dollars to get Karma Koins for a value of 10 dollars.
Does anyone have another site that is SAFE to buy Karma Koins from?

It will be cool to add one (or more) "add an arrow" skill in the skill tree, for the brave hunters which doesn't have chance to get a good corrupted quiver.
