Build of the Week Season 3 Episode 11: Lightning Tendrils Crit Scion

No offense to player, but what is special about that build? You can replace LT with any random skill and it will still work at least as good (if not better). It is a good functioning build, because it has access to 20/20 gems with 6L. Without them it would be subpar to most builds in forums.
But if I am missing out on some smart game mechanic used here pls do tell? Nothing I see in the build was new or innovative (unlike arcane archer build which was damn so smart) |

That large chest would be in a map called Coward's Trial. It's a unique 69 Overgrown Shrine Map in game for over a year now.

Sorry again for being so negative. I don't wanna poop on your build Madcow1120, it's just a poor BotW choice imo, esp. because this build would be slightly better as a witch.
Kudos for your mannered reply! " Because it just raises tooltip DPS. From my experience, everything dies to a crit, with or without echo. So echo locks you in place longer but whites and most blues are dead anyway before the additional hits from echo occur. If you don't crit and have echo, it takes longer before you have the chance to do the next crit. In groups the additional damage from echo matters, but you have to be quick as a melee to even hit stuff before the ranged crit monsters kill everything around you. Echo makes this more difficult. No 20/20 gems, no 6l, etc. The thing is, my build was cheaper than your armor alone and performs similar, maybe even better at mapping. Yours should vastly outperform mine at Atziri though. Not saying they should have chosen mine instead, I didn't even post a guide and it would be a poor choice for BotW. Really ? nothing special here, one of the worse tendrill build i saw, the dmg is really low 40k at high lvl with a 6L ?!
