[2.0] SuperNova - whole screen 137K DPS Ice Nova | Atziri ez GGG featured

Hey, Aim_Deep, need your experienced opinion:

I am 69 now, finally got my Pledge 5linked and now mapping.

Having unbuffed about 18k now with ice nova, and the killspeed is just AWESOME.

But: really having trouble with beeing a glass cannon ..
How do you come to 4k life with lvl 70 ? I'm just hitting 2,7 k and having life on almost all my gear ..

Amulett will be replaced with a better one.

I'm also going to replace HoT with Purity of elements as i'm having little resistance issues. But for now, specially physical damage is a pain in the ass. Some map bosses are pretty hard to facetank, only with ice wall it is pretty comfortable. And just doing 68-70 maps for now .....

Any idea how to get some more tankyness?

AND : Bigger packs make some FPS loss and laggs .. my PC is quite good, but 3 years old. Any suggestions to fix that ?

you missing like 7 life nodes on tree. Some big ones too like discipline and training and purity of flesh. Two items have no life at all your helm and ammy. Boots you have no choice.

You can actually get 5400 life in this build pretty easy by dropping into
Melding and heart and soul. Its what I had in HC/tempest before I died at only 81 and my chest was poor with 45 life. Point is life is priory. Then crit comes last at end game.

Another thing is you should try reduced duration in chest instead of inc AOE. speed makes big difference. Inc AOE comes with 6L.

I wanted to know if you can check my gear and passives and see if I can be doing something more efficiently than I am now.

I currently have 44k unbuffed dps on my nova, but with only 35% crit chance (unbuffed). I can use CC gem instead of crit damage gem but i lose like 2-3k sheet dps.

Your thoughts, please?

Just wondering where does the 7 power charge came from? 3 from passive tree only give me 6?

Why dont you have the staff crit nodes? Why no going into templar for PC and AOE? AOE is terrible with CI version because no carcass jack I consider templar AOE nodes a must. I have exact same DPS as life tree with CI tree and 10.5K ES. You can see gear and tree on "she_blitz" my CI girl. Actually Im missing helmet, prolly in stash, it's just a cheap 335 ES vertex with lvl 4 empower + 21 discipline + 21 HOI + lvl 4 enlighten. 26 discipline and 26 HoI @ 85K with 7 PC.



I got this jewel for her when I get back to standard and level her some more.


How are you leeching with no warlords mark? IMO not only warlords manditory for CI so is LL gem so you need 2 reds in chest 2 reds in staff.

Any reason you're not running this?

I redid my tree a bit to get points into Templar staff.

I don't have LL or warlords because I haven't specced into Ghost Reaver. I will have to try it out.

Really enjoying your build so far, thanks for the guide.

I have couple questions:

1) What do you do against the random ele reflect rare monsters? Sometimes they're hard to notice.

2) I'm getting 53k dps with HoI, HoT, and AA, ice golem, 7 power charges. I know some of my gems aren't 20/20 yet, but what is the best way to get more dps?

I also have mana issues sometimes, only have 277 mana unreserved out of 1321 max. How do I get 1800 like in your video? When I use flame surge and single target bosses, I have to pop a mana flask.
