I was using nova since 40-50 + fire trap for single target, however the single target dps was pain in the ass, especially bosses, so lvling with totems would have been much better.
I do play the crit witch version, a bit modified ( I took the Heart and Soul node, endurance charge from Oak) now sitting on 83, working my way towards acrobatic and thinking about taking vaal pact, and dont know if it would be necessary or helpful. If it comes to reflect, well single mobs are not a problem, I just pop a flask and spam ice nova. Thornflesh pack = insta rip if I spam recklessly :P Oh and I almost killed myself to reflect on Promenade map (One of the bosses cast lightning thorns) I havent done reflect maps yet, but it would be very slow process, probably would have to pop resist flask + atziri all the time. From my observation, this build best defence is offence, pop flasks, warp into pack, spam nova, hope for freeze, anyway I think I will rip soon, unless I make it to acrobatics. Mobs hit pretty hard and if I wont crit and freeze, here I am standing beetwen pack of mobs, getting my face smashed. 4.6k HP, 750 ES. Last edited by mmaaqq#5166 on Jul 29, 2015, 7:45:33 AM

Anyone tried Atziri yet since 2.0? What about nasty higher level map bosses?

" yep thats exactly what i did in past. Now with the 46% spell dodge only half comes back. It's still dangerous not to flask. If you watch my reflect vid sometimes I flask and take no damage.
