I have a similar problem that some of my items don't get recognized.. and some only after 30-60 minutes.
I'm talking about items in public stash tabs. Recently I opened my shop (#1597867) via Acquisition but that's just 1 tab that is not a public tab.
I tried putting other items in the tab with the items that don't get recognized, tried adding notes and buyouts, moving through zones, logging on/off... but they just don't appear on poe.trade. I searched for my name and see some of my items but not all of them.
The public tabs I speak of are some with no price/individual price and some with tabwide buyout.

What kind of info do you need?
I'm talking about multiple items over different kinds.. bow, flask, ring. Can't be any more specific than that. I also use multiple public tabs, some with tabwide buyout, some without. Some items with specific buyouts, some not. It's really difficult to see a pattern here.
For the next items I try to check every one I put in my tab if it gets recognized by poe.trade. How long does it take on average for an item in a public tab to be listed? Is there any website that is not poe.trade where I can easily check if my item got scanned by GGGs API?

After I came back from my break it seems everything got listed in the meantime, including the item I want to talk about: Apocalypse Guide Compound Bow. I had it in a public tab named 'noprice' with no specific price (and without tab price) and it failed to appear on poe.trade. After my break (few hours) it was there. ~15 minutes ago I moved that item from said tab to new one '~b/o 1 alch', again no specific price but tabwide buyout. It got removed from poe.trade short time after that but until now it's not listed again for 1 alch.

Okay, this should be fixed now, PM me if you are still experiencing this issue.
edit: by now I mean in ~30 mins, when I restart whatever needs to be restarted to fix it.

Im having an issue with poe.trade now reseting whenever i search. Specifically searching for a ring max level 41, just using those two prefixes by themselves seems to make the website refresh with a clean search. Ive gotten it to go through once, but then attempting to find one with dexterity or elemental resists causes it to go back to a reset page again. Its very frustrating =(

Ditto, not just with rings either, I've had it reset on helmets and amulets as well depending on what mods I ask to search for.
