sooo I un-privated my profile, but now I have only two items show up on my query - plus the IGN is still missing....

I'm starting to run out of ideas...

Make your characters public and let it index them.

these are my privacy settings.

I had them like this for 4 hours, except for the last checkbox. this one was checked. I now did uncheck them. I bumped the thread again. this was 10 minutes ago. How long usually until indexing is done? I thought it is around 5-10 minutes.

still no change in my poe.trade query. still no IGN. still no online tag. still only 2 instead of like 70 items. :(

Update: I added a new Item to my stash, updated and bumped the thread. THAT new item now shows up in my poe.trade search, BUT as well, no IGN, no online tag. I don't get it...

Same problem here, starting to get annoying.

i got same problem here , randomly not showing name/online/offline status on xyz

Dunno if you take bug reports or issues here but: When using the site on Firefox Nightly the currency rates ticker at the top slows the browser to a halt while it loads, after 2-3 seconds when its done loading it works fine.

Using the site on non-nightly firefox versions works fine, as well as Chrome, and even Microsoft Edge.

Not sure whats up, just thought I would let you know its happening.

I did everything possible and didn't manage to fix it. We really need an answer from xyz.

true dat. it becomes frustrating. My buddy's shop is working and he chain sells items, he even complains that he can't get out of his ho anymore whenever he is flagged online, and I'm sitting here and it doesn't work :(

might be somebody could help me with my problem.I did everything from youtube guide. But poe.trade don't show my items.. What's the problem ?

now I fully went through the FAQ on page one:
- selected a new char
- updated and bumped my thread
- wrote a new pm to poexyzis here (where you get your online url)
- clicked "verify" on one of the items
- waited 5 minutes
- refreshed

horray my IGN shows up again at my items!

and after a few more minutes I am even online, woohoo
