PoE Shops Indexer — search for items with ease

Since yesterday I cannot open the site. I've tried everything to fix it. Someone else having the same issue? (My friends have no problem using the site)

Unfortunately i can`t get my IGN to be visible on poe.trade. My account here is NOT private.

I'm having the same issue as Lame4Fame and nedl9vsex.

- poe.trade displays the items from my shop thread at https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1324158
(can be verified by searching poe.trade using the forum thread ID: 1324158)

- My pathofexile.com profile is public (https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/bobblenator)

- I have a control.poe.xyz.is link that is showing me as online.

- poe.trade displays no IGN next to my items.

- poe.trade displays no online status next to my items.

Any ideas on how to get my IGN and online status displaying would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem as Realyn. Verify gets stuck at "Working..." but not for other players selling similar items. Additionally, my shop is not being indexed at all, with new items in the past 1-2 days not showing up, and old items I sold 2 days ago still being listed.

Edit: I've tested making a shop in the Tempest league and my items are being indexed and displayed as usual: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1327227

I could use any help or input at all in fixing my Warbands shop, as selling has become a nightmare without xyz.

Edit2: I made a 2nd shop in Warbands and I believe I have narrowed the issue down to The Avenger divination card. For some reason, setting a buyout and listing it in a shop is preventing xyz from indexing that shop.

People are messaging saying that when they try to message me they are getting "That character does not exist" when I looked at myself on poe.trade it showed my IGN being a character that got deleted a long time ago. Will my ign on poe.trade change at some point? People are having to go into my profile and looking at different names.

Update to say this is now resolved for me.

My IGN (not my main, but of one of my characters) and online status are now displaying on poe.trade.

I've not made any changed so presume this is just due to poe.trade taking a bit of time to update that information.
