Why when i put req. Level 1-40 i get items for level 59+ listed?

Levels are taken from "Item Data" table, hence they may be incorrect. I'll fix it.

I love using this, but on the other hand this is just an auction house all over again.

Suggestion:

make it so explicit mods are added without values, so the min and max can be edited on the fly.

Breathe easy, Its not like an auction house in the slightest. Its a way to browse the forum easier and nothing more. items dont have an interactive drag and drop currency payment option, nor are the items posted even guaranteed to be still there. The post could be from a long sold set of items.

My suggestions:
- Gem's color filter, ordered or not.
- White/Magic/Rare/Unique item filter.

add a date filter of op thread to avoid seeing items that are long gone or no longer updated...
