Nice build.I think that it would be just fine on HC also with some minor tree modifications.

Very nice build, man, gratz for the BotW! :)

The first idea I had, when looking at the build, was to pick up some Frenzy Charges and go Blood Rage, since 6 Frenzy Charges and some extra Life Regen are easily obtainable. This, also in conjunction with the Eva per Frenzy Charge should be a nice boost to deeps with little investion.

Cheers,

Congratulations, and this build is awesome

If you wanted to do this, I would highly recommend using the Blood Dance boots to get extra regen, so long as the 16% spell dodge won't be too missed.

How about iAoE instead of added lightning? should bump your clear speed by a lot~ (harder to sustain mana but with enough investment it should be worth it)
Thanks for the gratz, guys!

I toyed with this back when I had a 5L and loved it... but I didn't have Amplify on the tree at the time. With Amplify I don't feel like I need more range, plus Added Lightning is such a huge boost to dps (assuming you stack lightning damage on gear and run Wrath + Herald of Thunder). And don't underestimate the power of additional shock chance and increased shock duration from a quality Added Lightning gem.

Congratulations on BoTW.

Why no Arcing Blows? You go within a few points of it above the Shadow area and it's 50% increased lightning damage for three points (taking all three nodes in total).

Arcing Blows is 5 points away from Coldhearted Calculation, so it's like getting 50% increased lightning damage (and a little intelligence) for 5 points, which isn't very efficient in comparison to our other options. If you have extra points, you're better off going toward the Templar start or toward Celestial Judgement/Punishment.

Ah, fair enough. I got the impression that the great majority of your damage was lightning (the rest being phys. for mana leech?) , so that 50% lightning would amount to, say, 40% increased total damage. If it's lower, then yeah, probably not worth the 5 points to reach it. What proportion of your damage is lightning? Would you mind putting up a screenshot of the tooltip or char sheet for Cleave, please?
