It must be very disheartening for new players who play for a long time and finally get that awesome looking unique drop to equip it and see some dumb looking base item...


Bonesnap was kinda ok for a club with a skull on it but what exactly was cool about doombringer? Seemed pretty ordinary to me.

But the crypt sword is way too big for a 1h weapon, its almost as big as the 2h sword skin, looks kinda ridiculous. As VeriChip said, the art direction for skins is kinda going all arpg style, which is the shittiest and most retarded art style ever invented and i hate it, so much, but hopefully youre not going to make the other art jrpg-ish

And why no staff skin transfers :/

All of these are of very high quality but the crypt sword is several notches too large/massive for my taste, espessially with the Soul Calibur-esque width.

It looks heavier than most 2h swords, hell, it compares to the runic skin in apparent size which is already clearly on the beefier side, artistically.

Scaling it down ~20% would suit it well I think.

Edit: Also, the texture filtering used doesn't work well with the near ground perspective used in the initial shots of some of the videos. There's some obvious texture flickering going on on the ground textures in the background.

While mechanically possible within the engine to make certain skin applications, you really should restrict the art to only applying onto bases that make sense. I'm really not sure why you decided already to ignore this since it's going to be extremely hard (read: impossible) to revert.

Full list:
- Adder's Claw should not apply to daggers.
- Razor Axe should not apply to maces, sceptres, and thrusting swords.
- Crypt Sword should not apply to anything except slashing swords.
- Gargoyle Axe should not apply to 2h mace and 2h sword.
- Devourer Maul should not apply to 2h axe and 2h sword.
- Runic Blade should not apply to 2h axe and 2h mace.
WTF. Where's the wand love? The wands we currently have are disgusting.
I want Katana (Samurai sword) skin mtx for my 1H sword.
To grind or not to grind, that's the question.
