Any ideas about this build? Im new so i want to know if this is viable, im level 59 now.

Basically its a cold wizard with armour and shield

It's basically as the tittle says a doomfletch prism tornado shot crit inquisitor build.
We have a good safety with king of the hill (we knocback on crit) and we should be almost capped crit while scaling physical damage just like a facebreaker build. We also have 100% pierce chance with drillneck.
