Yes. The first iteration is up on alpha. It doesn't include all the content planned for 0.9.3 (the new passive tree is not in yet for example) but that should all get patched in phases over the next week or so.

Super cool! I can't wait until it gets pushed out to beta. I have slowed down playing recently waiting for the patch/wipe - but I needs my PoE fix !! LOL. I've been thinking about different/unique char builds in the meantime. I was really encouraged by the 0.9.3 screenshot posted by GGG.

Highly doubt that, plus I'm sure people wont be going out to get a 3 screen setup solely for the purpose of making pvp imbalanced...

Just carry a Detonate Dead gem with Critical/Elemental Weakness.
