[3.0] Non-crit 100% ele Barrage
100th post and big big news!!
I came across this superb new bow and, since it have a nice bonus to crit I wanted to change a bit my tree, keeping as much life as I can and getting the few real meaningful crit nodes. This is the result (lv95): With this new tree I got those results: 34% crit chance 334% crit multi 5900 life down from 6300 175k dps Split Arrow up from 111k 206k dps Frenzy up from 84k but a completly different setup About Frenzy setup, since I'm stuck with RRRGGB in the bow I came up with: Frenzy - Phys Proj - Blood Magic - Added Fire - Weapon Ele - Phys to Light I always want Blood Magic for single target cause againt boss I'll otherwise end out of mana very quickly. I'll update OP but I'll keep previous setup cause that's the original non crit build. Tell me what do you think about this "little crit" build. New update "crit" tree (OP updated).
By dissing some projectile damage node for some more crit node I got a 14% dps increase. Now with a 6.9% crit bow I have 34% crit with a 334% multiplier. Last edited by 0Nemesis#2302 on Oct 13, 2016, 11:12:49 AM

2nd attempt on Uber with new "crit" version: failed again.
Frenzy is not the right skill to try her, or at least not with my setup, I ended up dodging "everything" and doing little damage to her. Not feeling too bad about it, I always knew this build was great for map clearing but not for bosses, but I had to try "for science". Hi!
I am struggling with mana problems with the AOE split arrow set up, how did you go about solving this? I already have leech on rings and ammy but it's still not enough! Hope you can help, Thanks! |

Yes, mana is a bit of an issue even more if you have a high attack speed.
I solved it with high mana leech on ring gloves and amulet, total 1.28 phys mana leech. I think 0.8% is enough if don't run reduced regen maps. Other solution can be drop a support for blood magic (not too bad actually) or even go with blood magic on the tree and still keep Hatred on a Essence Worm ring. If you keep struggle with mana you can change from an ele setup with Phys to Light to a more phys one with Poison and Slower Proj since mana leech is based only on the phys dmg you deal. A last viable solution is to get some mana leech on the tree on duelist region, those node are Attack damage mana leech so you won't need to switch to a more phys setup. On the crit tree they're close to my path, so you need just 1-2 points. |

Raider Ascendancy Changes: Avatar of the Veil's elemental damage has been increased to 40%. Way of the Poacher now has a 20% chance to gain a frenzy charge on kill or on hitting a rare or unique enemy. Quartz Infusion now has a 100% chance to gain Phasing on kill. Ok, why not, every buff is nice. Can now also eventually drop single target Frenzy. |

For now I'll stick to Frenzy single target, just cause using only Split Arrow is pretty terrible for boss, especially since I use that mirrored bow with not optimal colours.
But if you want, now is the perfect time to go back to use Kaom's Hearth! |

I've tryed Kaom's Heart instead of Daresso, then canged quiver to a crtit with life and ias since with my bow colours I couldn't keep Pierce (put empower instead, it gives 1 more arrow, it's the least worst 3rd red).
My lifepool skyrocketed from 5.900 to 7.500 (legacy Kaom would result in 9.000). Damage with only Split Aroow is enough to deal with T15 but I wouldn't even bother to try guardians. Till now, nothing bad, clear speed is exelent even without Pierce but then I noticed one major negative point of this change: while dodge is still at 78%, evade dropped to 16% cause now I have no more evasion on my gear! It's cool to have a huge life pool but Daresso is a far superior chest for this build, allowing Endurance charge gain (18% phys reduction is nice) thus granting a 2sec Immortal Call and 30+% evade on top of 84% dodge is simply better. |

Tryed out changing a bit the tree to include pierce node, now Split Arrows has 100%, improving clear speed even more.

At the moment trying out a Barrage version with a legacy Reach and 2 side proj Jewel with Kaom and Grace scaling only phys and with Poison linked.
I'll update this post with results. For now here's the new gear:
