Affecting me as well. Rampage normal. Supposedly, we talk to Maramoa for the reward, not Clarissa. Perhaps along with the bug fix, the quest log text can be updated to properly indicate who "Speak with her for a reward," refers to - especially since the previous sentence uses "her" to refer to Clarissa.
