The massive amounts of ele/light damage outweigh any nerf to Arc imo.

high crit multiplier will make you one shotted yourself by reflect though.

I don't think that much more crit multi makes enough of a difference to really matter on regular reflect with a lightning flask. It'll make -max reflect worse for sure but it already is really bad so that doesn't change much.

Just one general CoC question - when your ST crits, do the casted spell also count as if they rolled crit or is there an additional crit roll for them?

Casted spells have their own crit roll since they have their own base crit. My arc/ball lightning have something like 30 crit while ST is over 80 so yea they roll separately.


That CoC nerf looks like it does indeed suck but I'm sure playing CoC builds at end game will still be viable. The leveling process will probably be slower/more annoying if you're using CoC though because 30% chance to cast on a crit seems pretty weiner...

Btw, I only have 43.7 chance to crit without power charges. May you take a look of my gears and see why? (lv77 currently)

Uh yea... your dagger doesn't have high base crit which is what your entire crit chance is based off of. You want 9+ on your dagger and 1.8+ APS
