Note for Divination Distillate
the combination of dual Divination Distillate and Sapphig Life Flask of Staunching is awesome. For your build on the Low Life RF Arc, how would you rate the mana cost and sustainability of Arc if you do not Distillate? Are you able to continuously fire your Arc, or is the mana regen potion that important?
